Please send to us by your country's postal service if you are not in the USA. They will bring it to the USA to be delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service). If you use FEDEX, UPS, or DHL they may charge us customs or paperwork fees which you will need to pay before we ship your package back. We use USPS mail to ship. We don't have other accounts but if you provide ALL PAPERWORK (customs forms, invoices, and shipping labels) we can use your preferred carrier. We do not charge you customs, duties, or VAT, that will be done by your country and we have no control over it.
One shipping charge will cover a few small pedals in the USA. For other areas, choose the LARGE PEDAL option for 2 or 3 small pedals. Or contact us with the weight if you are not sure.
We only work on handmade pedals like vintage and real boutique pedals- the ones made with quality hand-soldered parts like jacks, switch, and pots. We don't work on some things like machine-made or digital pedals, so please contact us before sending in anything that is not specifically on our forms. Some of our mods are only available on older pedals, so check our website for details if you are not sure. Most new pedals are made cheaply; they are disposable when they break as they don't use the standard, easily sourced and replaced parts we use.
Please send in the appropriate form for the pedal, most mod forms have the pedal types in the main menu along with the available mods. We have several forms and there are links on the top to the other forms to help you find the correct one. For special requests or repairs, please write details on the form so we know exactly what you want.
We will email you when it ships, with the tracking number. We ACTUALLY ship it on the day you get the notice, I hate when companies send out the tracking number well before actual shipment.
