Bob makes the awesome Sweet Sound Ultra vibes, Mojo vibes and several cool fuzz pedals. He recently was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on his throat which requires immedate treatment. I visited Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band on their first stop of the 2008 tour in Hartford at the end of Feb, 2008. I brought a comprossor pedal for Steven Van Zant, and Nils has also been using them. Nils was kind enough to sign a pedal for this auction and also donated three of his CDs and a DVD

Analog Man was started years ago from our love of vintage effects pedals which sounded so great but were getting impossible to find. Only a handful of small effects manufacturers were around back then. From humble beginnings it has grown and grown. Our passion for tone has turned on so many people that it is getting hard for us to keep up with the demand for our products and other boutique pedals that we sell. But we are doing our best and will continue to help you find YOUR TONE in the years ahead, while others like the many "ebay sellers" who have tried to fill in the cracks in our mortar, are long out of business. We don't have to sell our pedals new on ebay- it hurts their reputation and competes against customers who may need to resell theirs. If you ever need to sell your Analog Man pedals, you will get much more for them, as they hold their values better due to our reputation and selling practices. However we sometimes sell a KoT pedal on ebay when we ship out a new batch of pedals from the KoT waiting list. We do this to discourage people from buying them just to resell on ebay, so more people who actually want them can get them at list price. So far it seems to be working well and the ebay prices are coming down.
No huge magazines ads - referrals are the best ads, and we get plenty of repeat business from our good customers. Once you get something from us, we do our best to keep you coming back for more. Many players have bought almost every pedal we make (plus many more that we sell). We don't boast how great our service is, we prefer to let you tell us.
We will bend over backwards for our customers, but not forwards.
Our Analog Man brand pedals except the analog delay are completely built in the USA- the boards and components are all put together here. Some of the larger "usa made" brands including at least one boutique builder actually have their boards made and stuffed in the far east. Sick of the mass-produced, over-hyped, over-marketed cheap slave-labor produced plastic junk being passed off as Guitar Effects these days? Then you have come to the right place!!! We sell only the absolute best made and supported pedals. Spend more on a quality product and you will save money in the long run.

You may have wondered who the smiling young guy with the Strat is... playing some awesome, fat leads before commercial breaks. It's Jared Scharff, from the NY band Jared Scharff and the Royals. Jared is using the Sunface fuzz a lot, so much that he's sending it back for the on/off fuzz pot so he can leave it connected without using up the battery. Check out his awesome playing and tones!

Mark has undergone tough treatments and is doing well so far. But he will have a lot of recovery to do. In late February I got a note from him that he is CANCER FREE!!
Now Bob Sweet has come down with the same diagnosis and will spend a few months in treatment, I hope he does as well as Mark. Please think of them and their great music and pedals and send them some good vibes to get well soon.
More Info here. Most pedals we sell are in stock and ready to ship! These items will usually ship the business day after your order. There is no delay on pedals you send in for mods, those get top priority as we don't want people to be without their pedals for long. Usually mods take only a few days, often one day. Modified new pedals like Boss and Ibanez usually ship one to two days after the order as they are modified to your specs. Chorus pedals and Compressors are custom made to order due to the many options, so are taking a few days to a week.
Beano Boosts, Sunfaces, and Peppermint Fuzz are about a week or so to build to your specs. We stopped making the Sunlion again as we need to redesign the graphics and boards to make them more efficient to build.
Large box Bicomprossors and the King Of Tone are the only pedals that have waiting lists, and the lists are very long but getting shorter. KoT list is explained on the KoT Delay page. Bicomp list is a little over a year long at this time, we got further backed up in 2007 due to putting priority on the KoT production and new Analog Delays and other not yet announced pedals.
Some pedals are back ordered due to high demand from overseas. Black Cat pedals are unknown, not sure when we will get more. RMC wahs have been backed up but we are getting them in more regularly now, see my RMC page for current status. If you order a wah elsewhere, MAKE SURE they have it in stock as some dealers may not be as honest about availability. Most other pedals like Strobostomp, Boss, Xotic, T Rex, Bad Bob, E-H, Z Vex, etc should be on the shelf ready to ship the business day after we get your order. These seem to be the best pedal tuner ever made, so we bought enough of them to sell them at the same low price as all the big stores. Strobostomp2 has better quality jacks, the only minor problem with the first version. Here is More Info. Also have STROBO SOFT for tuning right on your PC!

The KING OF TONE is our dual channel overdrive pedal, now making the 6 knob Version 4 model. We introduced this pedal at the Philly guitar show in the fall of 2003. We have been shipping them since early 2004, but not fast enough, so the waiting list has grown VERY long, click on the picture for more info. KoT #183 was stolen from a customer, let me know if you see it around (don't buy it!).

New versions of aNaLoG.MaN Clone Chorus pedals are available!
IN 2005 we came up with two new versions, the smaller size MINI CHORUS and the full featured BI-CHORUS. Our normal pedal is also available, we have new aluminum cases in and they look great! After years of dealing with drilling and prepping "off the shelf" pedal cases, we finally had our own made up. They still have a silk-screened dark blue hammertone powder-coated case, with a cool white silkscreening. This is the most organic chorus pedal I have yet to try, and can get thick enough for almost anyone, without sounding seasick. Awesome leslie sound at high speed!
These chorus pedals all have a Revision-4 improved circuit board with excellent shielding and less jumpers. There is no volume drop when the pedal is on, and there is no noise. There is also a STEREO option available, which was suggested to me by Eric Johnson who likes to use his Analog Man chorus in stereo. The stereo option is $50 extra on a new pedal.

We now stock George L's cables. We carry specially made non-plated vintage style brass ends for the ultimate in tone (per Eric Johnson and Jim Weider). We carry right angle and straight plugs, and both the black and vintage red wire in the skinny .155 and thick diameter. These are assembled without soldering, so you can cut the cable to the desired length and assemble yourself. If you use AC powered effects like Foxrox, Line6, Whammy, etc, the PP/AC will allow you to power them. We also have the Pedal Power-2 in stock. In 2007 the PEDAL SWITCHER and COMMANDER were introduced, to allow fast, true bypass switching of ANY NUMBER of pedals. We also sell the AMP SELECTOR. guarantees I can replace it in my collection within a reasonable amount of

Brooklyn NY post office WILL lose or steal your package, so if you live in Brooklyn we will have to use UPS, please remind us on your order. Priority mail is about $10 for a small pedal. This takes 2-3 days. We don't charge any extra for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We use normal air mail for parts. For Canada and Overseas, we prefer Express Air Mail which is insured, safe, and VERY fast, just a few days to Europe. It is about $30 for a small pedal or $20 to Canada. Please put your phone # in the order's MESSAGE area for non USA orders. Tracking for express and priority mail is online at usps.com. The easiest way to track is to enter your tracking# into google.com.
